Michael C. Brawer is a Software Developer, Composer, Instrument Builder and Music
Technologist from Los Angeles, CA. Working with Green Place Productions (LA) and
the Cueniverse (NYC), Michael has produced music for commercials, television, brands
& installations. Passionate not just about creating music, but also for exploring the tools
used in its creation, Michael has built a menagerie of bespoke instruments/contraptions
for his own studio and those of his colleagues using vacuum tubes, micro-controllers,
obscure Soviet transistors and countless other things that can be made to sound neat.
Michael attended the University of Pennsylvania, and earned a BA in Diplomatic History.
As a graduate of General Assembly’s Web Development Immersive (DTLA, December
2017), he looks forward to the day when significant music can be made in-browser, and
hopes to be a part of facilitating just that.
