Michael’s past experience includes CFO/COO roles at organizations most recently including iZotope, where he managed Customer Care, Manufacturing, and Business Development as well as Finance and Administration; as well as Mothernature.com, where he managed the firm's IPO; LightChip and Revivio, where he managed their acquisitions; and a number of other high growth companies across a wide array of technologies including software, mobile, ecommerce, machine learning/AI, healthcare information and cleantech. Michael also co-founded RPM Communications, where he led the launch of a 100,000-user mobile social network. Currently, Michael is a member of the Steering Committee for The CFO Leadership Council, where he chaired the 2014 CFO Technology Conference and is a frequent speaker on and organizer of technology panels.
