Merje started her career working for a small communications start-up called Skype. She followed her passion for UX and Design Research through leading digital agencies working on clients such as M&S, Barratt Homes and BT, as well as leading design research for DWP's flagship project. She now head’s The Most Jam which helps companies provide seamless multichannel brand experiences by applying service design thinking to expert brand design.
