Five years earlier, Melody had stepped away from a business she co-founded and found herself unemployed as she struggled to ‘re-enter’ the workforce. She decided to defy conventional thinking around career growth and rose from unemployed to CEO in just five years. When most people were looking for incremental gains in their careers, Melody aimed for quantum leaps.
