Melissa is the Head of Community at AirTree, an early and growth stage venture firm backing world-class entrepreneurs at startups like Canva, Linktree, A Cloud Guru and PetCircle. Prior to AirTree, Melissa was the Head of Partnerships at Bitfwd, a blockchain education community and before that, the Global Founders Program Manager at UNSW's tech startup accelerator. Before joining the technology innovation sector, Melissa worked in sales and marketing at Procter & Gamble. Melissa was recognised as a 40 under 40 most influential Asian-Australian in 2020.
