Melissa is the Senior Product Manager at section.io, a reverse proxy management platform. section.io is redefining the Content Delivery industry by giving developers the tools they need to achieve unmatched speed and reliability for their websites. Melissa ensures that the engineering team is building the right product, the sales and marketing teams can take that product to market, and all the pieces are in place to deliver value to section.io’s customers.

Prior to section.io, Melissa has held product and marketing roles at several startups in Germany and Colorado after beginning her career in corporate marketing at American Express in New York. She received her undergraduate degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and earned her Master’s in Business Informatics while living abroad.

In her spare time, Melissa enjoys rock climbing and skiing. She also serves as a board member for the Challenge Foundation, an education non-profit organization in Denver.
