Melissa is Senior Product Operations Manager at General Assembly, managing the operations and communications for the Product team as well as large, cross-functional projects for the entire GA org. She has spent her career scaling program and product operations for a global audience, with a focus on equitable pathways to education for all. Formerly of Columbia University and Workforce Opportunity Services, Melissa served on the editorial staff for the International Journal of Reflective Practice, helped to found the Columbia University Center for Technology Management, and led multiple research projects on adult learning and leadership.
