Melisa is an Experience Designer who focuses on research to create a seamless human centred experience. She has over 10 years experience working in Financial Services and Not-for-Profit before she took the plunge and completed General Assembly's User Experience Immersive course in 2017. Since finishing the course she has completed six months at a Fintec startup working in their Design team as a UX Designer.
