Melanie is the founder & CEO of Lorals, a feminine care brand that helps women across the world have more frequent — and more pleasurable — intimate experiences. Lorals has been featured in Cosmopolitan, Fast Company, Autostraddle, and Playboy, and Melanie is a frequent guest on podcasts such as Art of Manufacturing, How Cum, and Women Who Tech. Prior to founding Lorals, Melanie represented CPG, healthcare, and technology companies in litigation and internal investigations at O’Melveny & Myers LLP. She has also worked as a community organizer in Cincinnati and Los Angeles to achieve ballot-box victories for LGBTQ individuals. She is a graduate of Columbia Law School and Columbia College.
