Megan Oertel is the Business Intelligence Manager at SpareFoot, Inc. and co-founder of Women of SpareFoot and the Austin Diversity and Inclusion Project. She has undergraduate degrees in music and a Master's Degree in Systems and Information Engineering from The University of Virginia. She has roots in software quality assurance and currently focuses on answering large business questions using risk management, data analysis, business intelligence, and process improvement philosophies and techniques. She has worked with 5 different start ups over the past 11 years in Austin and North Carolina. She's a wife and mother and very active in the Autism community in Austin.
