I’ve spent the last decade playing in the people space and creating reasons for people to love where they work. After a number of years at RedBalloon and brief stints at Campaign Monitor and Domain.com.au, I've recently joined HotelsCombined.com heading up the employee experience team. I’m passionate about coaching and supporting people to grow in their careers and also building simple 'people' tech stacks. I believe that leadership and culture creation can and should happen at all levels within business and having values as the heart of everything you do is the key to creating an invaluable employee experience.
