My name is Megan Batdorf and I've been in product for 4 years. I "fell into product" as I have found is quite common among my peers. I started with my company in a support role, moving into an account management role for quite a few years. I learned our users: their wants/needs/pain points and with that knowledge started a role in product management with my company. I focused on the user's voice and have helped to shape our product team at my current company.

I have spent time learning on the go, and General Assembly was one of the ways I was able to increase my knowledge for user design and user testing to bring into my every day at 4Walls Inc.

I am currently a Product Manager focusing on developing and nurturing my skills to advance to a Senior Product Manager.
