Meagan David is a dynamic senior level people leader. With over eight years at Apple leading retail teams from DC, to China, to California, she’s passionate about the employee experience and cultivating a workplace that nourishes the entire employee. As a female of color in tech, Meagan is passionate about being a mentor in her community and inspiring pathways to achievement.
Meagan is currently enjoying startup life at Awair, as a Head of Customer Success where she focusses on the global growth of consumer and enterprise satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty.
Meagan spends her time volunteering with Black Girls Code to support increasing the number of women of color in the digital space to 1 million by 2040. In her personal life, Meagan is committed to her yoga practice and engaging in yoga philosophy both on and off the yoga mat. She works to make yoga more accessible for Black and Brown bodies through community events with Black To Yoga.
