Maximilian von Poelnitz is the founder and CEO of Secret Ingredient. He co-founded the business in October 2011 while struggling with the time, cost, and quality of preparing home cooked meals in Hong Kong. The business started in a tiny apartment kitchen and now has grown to over 20,000 deliveries to date. Prior to creating Secret Ingredient, Max worked for CB Richard Ellis as a Corporate Real Estate Professional in Hong Kong. He received a Masters in Business Administration from INSEAD.
