Max Masure (they/them) is an inclusion strategist and co-founder of Argo Collective.
Drawing on their extensive background as a successful Designer in the tech industry, they empower teams to innovate their products so they’re not only more inclusive but more successful, combining the power of Service Design Methodologies and their lived experience as a transgender nonbinary person. They help to build a tactical plan to improve products and innovate new ways to serve a more diverse (bigger) market to increase revenue and have a net positive impact on people. They are also a Service Designer at Octave.
