Matty has been in the music business for almost his entire life, after starting his "career" in the music industry in 1997 at the ripe old age of 13, hosting a weekly Teen Radio show back in QLD. Performing is in his blood, Matty has been a professional musician since 1999; managing artists, touring and playing with acts such as The Veronicas and The Butterfly Effect as well as playing in a variety of international theatre tributes including Queen, ABBA and Michael Jackson.
Outside of performing Matty has run Social Media teams for brands such as Virgin Airlines, Bundaberg Brewed Drinks and headed up the social marketing on huge campaigns like "Join The Drive" (QLD Dept. Transport). After working on both the client & agency side, Matty moved back into the music business, spending two years as a Music Programmer for Nightlife Music before landing the much envied job as Music Editor at Pandora ANZ before moving onto Amazon Music as their Senior Label Relations Manager.
