Matt is a true hospitality professional whose career has seen him wear many hats, firstly working operations as a general manager/licensee running some of Sydney’s iconic venues, then becoming a successful recruitment consultant sourcing local and international candidates for Australian based hospitality clients.
Matt now joins the team at Applejack Hospitality as their Recruitment and HR Manager, and aims to assist in the continued success the boutique Sydney based hospitality group has had over the past 6 years.
