Prior to joining Wind, Matt held various leadership positions at Lyft over the course of 4.5 years, including Head of Renter Experience and Head of Compliance Operations. He is passionate about building high performance global teams, and has worked in more than 5 countries. He is fluent in Mandarin and Spanish, has an MBA from Imperial College London, and will get his private pilot’s license in 2019.
