Matt Paterson worked for a decade in Sales and Management before going back to school for Computer Science and earning his second degree. As Machine Learning Engineer with Cloud Brigade, Matt gets to marry his Data Science Skills with Dev Ops and Software Engineering principles. Matt is also the Executive Director of and a Machine Learning Engineer at The SpaceLab, a people-incubator that helps early-career tech professionals produce real-world applications with cross-functional teams in outer-space-related topics. At night Matt teaches Data Science and Python Programming at General Assembly, and in his spare time, he walks on the beach with his dog, reads science fiction, and learns how to play the piano.
