She leads a team and has secured long-term clients, helping them access and market to the LGBTI audience including JD Sports, Pets at Home and Gilead Sciences.

    Matilda is also the chair and founder of the She & They network at Gay Star News, which seeks to empower LGBTI women and non-binary people both internally and in the wider community.

    Prior to this, Matilda worked in public sector and charity recruitment for several London firms. She has also freelanced as a journalist and performance poet, focusing on LGBTI rights, women's empowerment, domestic violence and mental health.
