Mary James is Senior Director of Research & Analytics at W2O Group. She is an experienced healthcare market researcher, and has specialized in developing and deploying social analytics methodologies to inform social and digital strategy for pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotechs, genomics, informatics, and medical device companies. Her analytics work has influenced market strategy around product and campaign launches, clinical trial recruitment, market feasibility, scientific meeting engagement, journal publications, and sales education.
Prior to joining W2O Group, Mary served as Market Research Consultant for Conger Consulting, a boutique healthcare market research agency, and began her career at CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services). Mary holds a Masters degree in Applied Sociology and Bachelors degree in Health Administration and Policy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
