Mary Amato is a marketing manager and corporate event planner based in Los Angeles. A native of California, she has experience working with startups, tech giants, and most recently, a boutique recruiting firm. Some of her most notable projects include the Slack Enterprise Grid Launch, Bessemer Venture Partners + Silicon Valley Bank @ SXSW, and Facebook @ CES.
After completing the General Assembly Digital Marketing course in February 2018, Mary was able to implement a digital marketing strategy within her current company, Career Group Companies. Over the last year, she has been able to create real change within a corporate environment. She is excited to share her knowledge of digital marketing and recent experience with others so they can enact the same change within their companies.
Mary has a BA in Art History and Environmental Studies from Boston College. In her spare time, Mary enjoys cooking and developing new recipes.
