Marta Hanson is a passionate advocate working at the intersection of leadership development and social change. As a coach and facilitator, Marta uses the framework of strengths-based development to help individuals, managers, and teams connect with what they uniquely do best in order to increase their impact and enable them to thrive. Marta is a certified strengths coach through Gallup, the founder of Social Impact Coaching, and has worked with nonprofits, leadership academies, entrepreneurs, university students, and more throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. She is currently teaching a course through Stanford Continuing Studies on strengths-based leadership.
