Global Talent and Development Director Marta has developed her career in Human Resources within Telefónica in different executive roles, as HR Director for several companies: Telefónica I+D, Telefónica Soluciones, and Telefónica B2B. Later she has been working in Telefonica Europe in London and Telefónica Global Resources in Madrid leading different projects for Talent and Performance Management. Previous to her experience in Telefónica Marta worked for McKinsey & Company.
