If a sure sign that you work in User Experience is that redesigning a call center system sounds like fun to you, then Mark Richman is one diehard UX’er. Mark helped redesign Delta Air Lines’ call center application in 2010, led NIIT Technologies’ UX team, and has created user experiences for AT&T, ACS, and Georgia Power, among many others.

Mark’s redesign of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra’s e-commerce site helped elevate it to the #1 spot in user experience and usability among U.S. orchestras, as ranked by Adaptistration.com.

Mark has written on user experience for Boxes and Arrows, teaches UX Design at General Assembly, and has been a featured speaker at industry conferences. He designed a color-coded parking map of Manhattan, has published articles on culture and horse racing and has written songs for Trinidadian Calypso Queen Denyse Plummer and the soap opera All My Children.
