Mark is currently the Global Head of Digital Delivery & Workflow with HSBC based in Hong Kong with responsibility for Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas. His primary responsibilities are to accelerate HSBC on their current digital journey ensuring the best possible customer experience with a focus on product acquisition and onboarding covering Retail Banking, Wealth and Insurance.
Prior to joining HSBC, Mark was the General Manager of User Experience & Design at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia in Sydney where he managed a team of 90+ Product Owners, User Experience Designers, Visual Designers and Researchers. He has also held executive digital roles at BT Financial Group, Seagate Technology, Bank of America, Adobe, Sapient and Philips Design.
Mark was born and raised in Hong Kong and has lived in Australia, Thailand, Germany, The Netherlands, The Philippines and in Hawaii, Atlanta, San Jose and San Francisco in the United States. He is married and has two boys aged 5 and 7.
