Mark is the UX Director of Triple Double, a design studio he runs with his brother Paul. He’s also a speaker and mentor.
He loves defining, prototyping and designing experiences that solve real problems through user-centred design. He believes that design is communication, and so works with companies and teams to design products and services that speak to people in a human way. The driving force in what he does is the impact that design has on people – he loves designing to help people do something.
Mark’s helped startups, multinationals, agencies and brands with their digital products and services including BFI, Hactar, Depop, JUST EAT, Havas Media, KIA, Inmarsat, Emirates, Camelot (The National Lottery), Unilever, Hyundai, Time Out, The Guardian, Hilton International and The Virgin Group.
He writes about user experience on his blog (link: http://www.theluckystrike.co.uk), and curates and sends a UX newsletter (link: http://www.uxessentials.co.uk) with a selection of his favourite UX, UI and product design links.
