Marissa Halpert is a front-end developer and Certified ScrumMaster based in Washington, DC. As a Web Developer at ISL, an award-winning digital agency, Marissa builds amazing digital experiences for ISL’s clients. Since she enjoys the creative and interactive side of websites, she specializes in front-end technologies now, but has many years of full-stack experience. When not coding, Marissa advocates for both closing the gender gap within technology and increasing computer science K-12 education. She is a winner of the NCWIT Award for Aspirations in Computing. Marissa is a proud alum of James Madison University where she earned her degree in Computer Science.
