    Marisella spent the last decade as a tech and executive recruiter for American Express, ON Semiconductor, and MassMutual. Marisella also worked for one of the biggest UK talent solutions companies, where she managed tech recruiting initiatives for Nike, Bank of America, and Rolls Royce.

    In 2018, Marisella made the decision to start her own coaching program that specifically helped mid-level women in tech level up their career. She is the founder and CEO of Accelerator, an elite program that helps ambitious mid-level women in tech who no longer see advancement at their current company and want to grow by repositioning their experience for leadership opportunities. Accelerator is a private high-touch 6- month coaching program that includes coaching, community, and curriculum.

    Her clients have landed interviews and offers at Amazon, Google, Accenture, Facebook, Salesforce, GoDaddy, Snowflake, Mailchimp, and mission-driven startups. She is the creator and host of the "Career Advancement Podcast" and has been featured multiple times as the guest speaker for Women Impact Tech conferences.
