Marilyn Mcdonald leads Product Management for the Global Digital and Cloud Technology team at Citi - the team that builds digital experiences in North America. She joined Citi from Expedia in 2016, where she established and led Product Management for the Financial and Core Transaction Systems team. Marilyn has led Product Management, Customer Experience, and Marketing groups in the past at AWS, Amazon, Interbank FX, Equis International/Reuters, Mantis Motion, and Image Centre to name a few. She brings more than 17 years of technology and product management industry experience to Citi. She has a passion and love for technology, but above all a fierce advocate for the customer; whether those customers are internal business partners or end users’.
