Maria has worked in the tech industry since 2009, starting as a Project Manager for large-scale hosptial software installations before moving to Chicago and Technical Recruiting. She has worked with various companies of various sizes - Groupon, Google and finally, Grubhub, where she has spent the past 3+ years. While at Grubhub, she recruited for all areas of technology while building relationships and learning more about the technology industry. Since then, she has moved into a new role at Grubhub - Technology Evangelist. Reporting to the CTO, she focuses on community outreach, internal technology initiatives, and "evangelizing" the exciting technical projects of Grubhub's tech team in Chicago and New York.
