At Pandora for over 9 years, she has navigated from a Software Engineer, Engineering Manager, to a Director. She is passionate about working with some of the world's largest companies to provide innovative solutions to the next generation of consumer electronic and automotive devices, enabling listeners to experience Pandora everywhere. She is also on a mission to pay it forward, encouraging women - especially latinas, to pursue careers in tech.
