Marcy is an Executive Coach who specializes in Career Transitions and Leadership. In her own coaching firm, Marcy serves as a collaborative partner and insightful, energetic and compassionate champion for talented individuals and teams seeking enriching growth and positive impact. Marcy also lectures on career development topics in MBA program at the University of Washington, and is the Executive Coaching partner of Fuel Talent, a Seattle-based recruiting firm. Prior to starting her coaching practice, Marcy spent over 20 years as a business executive, and held roles in marketing, operations, and people management. A Seattle native, Marcy is a graduate of the Lakeside School, and holds a BA in International Relations from Brown University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
