Marcy Monroe is a consultant with experience spanning the architecture and planning worlds in transportation, urban disaster recovery, and strategic planning. Currently at HNTB, Marcy is leading station area design and engaged in transportation planning projects throughout the Bay Area and California. Previously she worked for AECOM on asset management, strategic capital planning, and resiliency planning projects. Marcy holds a Dual Masters of Architecture and City and Regional Planning from UC Berkeley and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Florida. Marcy is a UC Berkeley 2012 John K. Branner Travel Fellow with published works focused on the role of architects in sites of urban disaster recovery in the USA, Haiti, Kenya, and Japan.
