Austin
As Senior Creative Director at Under Armour Connected Fitness in Austin, TX, Marcus leads multiple design teams that focus on defining health and fitness experiences across digital and physical products that touch millions of people’s lives in meaningful ways. Marcus’s responsibilities span from defining new product experiences, improving existing ones, building out systems, to being an Under Armour brand champion and nurturing a design culture across offices.
Prior to Under Armour, Marcus gathered a good mix of consultant and product side experience. As Creative Director at frog design in Austin, he lead teams and clients (such as Intuit, Bridgewater, Citrix, AT&T) through often transformative design programs, primarily driving positive change in product experiences, and secondarily shepherding change to existing design cultures. On the product side, at Microsoft in Seattle, Marcus honed his skills in building brand experiences and defining design systems in complex corporate landscapes for products such as Zune and MSN. He has always believed in teams and collaboration, getting it done, and the brilliant individuals he has had the fortune to work with.
