Before starting as a Customer Experience Agent with Slack, Marcelo Hudson has worn a number of different hats. After graduating with a degree in Sonic Arts, he worked as an audio engineer, an IT guy, survived a startup accelerator after co-founding a company with friends and designed and built interactive and perplexing sound installations. After landing a job with the Slack Developer Support team earlier this year, Marcelo relocated to Melbourne with his wife and baby boy. He turns up to work every day to help developers build awesome apps and integrations using the Slack Platform.
