    Marc is currently founding director of HealthXN.com. HealthXN is a rapid knowledge capture and transfer organisation exclusively focused on Health markets. It has one of the most senior advisory councils assembled to tackle the issue of staffing engagement, skilling and speed to capability.

    Marc Niemes has founded and commercialised six other organisations in the digital space over the last 20 years. Many of these are now part of larger groups including iinet, GlobeConnect Telecom, and Telstra.

    Marc’s expertise is around the commercial models of learning technology. Specifically how they can support traditionally "disconnected" or remote users in hands on industries. His primary focus is now applied to HealthCare organisations like Western Health, MCRI (Murdoch Children’s Research Institute), AMA and Diabetes Educators. He has also worked on blended programs for Virgin, AusPost, CBA, CPA, Newcrest, Boral and Woolworths to name a few.

    Marc has a keen interest in seeing Australian Companies compete and win on an international stage in digital services, mobile and health learning technologies. He chairs special Victorian interest groups in export, gaming, mobile learning and healthcare markets.

    Marc is widely regarded in the technology, learning and start-up community having been published in Cebit, BRW, Fin Review, The Australian and dozens of industry publications. He has hosted and prompted debates most recently at events such as Digital Education Show Dubai, Online Educa Berlin, iawards, Health 3.0, Korean Broadband Summit, HR Summits, AHRI and Blended Learning Conferences.

    Marc has lived and worked in the US, Europe, Taiwan and Australia, and currently resides with his wife and three children within the eco house myrealgreenhome.com in Melbourne Australia.
