Marc Dickstein is a Life and Career Coach who partners with ambitious, mid-career professionals to navigate change with clarity and confidence. He works primarily with Ivy League graduates, the LGBTQ community, and tech startup employees who seek increased fulfillment and satisfaction (personally and/or professionally). His coaching programs help clients to overcome complacency, overwhelm, and frustration in favor of progress toward meaningful goals that align with their core values. Before launching his coaching practice, Plus Marc, he spent over ten years managing and coaching teams across a variety of functions (HR/People, Operations, Design, Marketing, Event Production) in retail, media/entertainment, and advertising technology. Marc received his Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania in 2006. Marc is a Co-Founder and Board Member of Out in Tech, a 501(c)(3) non-profit that unites the global LGBTQ+ tech community, and he also serves on the Steering Committee of PennGALA.
