Mandy Tang is the founder of Rose Gold Careers, a boutique career consulting firm for rising talent, senior executives, and senior creatives. Mandy has worked with hundreds of clients from the tech industry, fashion, entertainment, and more - including clients from organizations such as Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and Vogue. Mandy offers career coaching, career transition advisory, resume editing, LinkedIn profile editing, and interview prep.
Mandy received an MBA from Columbia Business School, a BA in Sociology from Brown University, and is a proud graduate of the International School of Beijing and Hong Kong International School. Mandy loves working with clients all over the world, from North America to Asia and Europe. Prior to starting her career coaching company, Mandy was the Chief Operating Officer of Fashion Tech Forum, the co-founder of a SaaS startup, and worked in digital marketing at American Express. Mandy currently resides in beautiful Denver, CO with her husband and two kids.
