Mandy Pham is Senior Data Scientist (Analytics) at GXS, focusing on developing and deploying analytical solutions including customer acquisition, marketing, product development, customer experience and various business needs across GXS business functions.
In her previous role, she was a hotel analytic manager at Marina Bay Sands, where she applied advanced statistical and machine learning models to predict guest demand, analyzed guest behaviors and built optimization models in operations for workforce planning for C-level executives in strategic manpower planning and hotel operations.
Prior to that, Mandy had eight-year experience in finance departments within the top ten largest investment banks in the world.
With 12 years of experience in banking industry and data analytics, Mandy enjoys exploring and building analytics solutions that can be incorporated into data-driven decision making processes to achieve long-term success. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from National Economics University (Vietnam), a Bachelor’s degree in Computing and a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from National University of Singapore.
