I am a woman who yearns to help folks experience life, raw and messy while celebrating everyday gratitude. I am exhilarated by the stories of others and believe my calling is to hold space for the courage to be vulnerable, because I believe that vulnerability is a gift.

I am a Certified Professional Master Coach by the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF). A teacher and a student at heart, I am also a Communications instructor at Bellevue College, specializing in Human Communication.

I am a certified Brené Brown Facilitator, I am trained to lead workshops and provide coaching based on her work and research. My passion is to curate workshops and programs using Dr. Brown’s research to help women realize their full potential, find their joy, and empower them to live a wholehearted life. 

In my free time, I love to find adventures with my husband, Andy, our son, and playful boxer, Luna. I crave connection and am inspired by beautiful art, cooking all things veg, listening to podcasts that feed my mind, and practicing meditation. Right now, I am most passionate about women’s wellness and how we define that in an emotional sense. I live in Seattle but still refer to Chicago as home.
