Mallika Rao loves solving difficult problems in tech. At Twitter, as an engineering leader, she takes both the Engineering and Product aspects very seriously. Working for big companies and startups, she discovered she is someone who is deeply curious and will put in whatever work it takes to satiate that curiosity. She applies the first principles and life theories she loves formulating to her leadership. When she’s not working, she’s still working—on herself, in her backyard, or climbing a mountain.
With a relentless pursuit of growth, she approaches every job like the first job. She believes that her team and people are the company’s first customers and walks this talk every day.
