Mallika Gadepalli is a seasoned strategy and people operations executive with over 20 years of work experience in consulting, technology and e-Commerce in Southeast Asia. As the Director of Strategy at PropertyGuru Group,Mallika is responsible for developing and executing the Group’s mid to long-term strategies to enable sustainable growth. Her focus areas include strategic planning, product prioritization, embedding strategic priorities and metrics across the organisation, and enabling growth through M&A and partnerships in line with the Group’s vision.

Previously she has worked at the Boston Consulting Group, Lazada (Alibaba) Group and Honeywell/ AlliedSignal. At BCG, she led consulting projects in market entry and digital transformation and later moved into internal operations as AP Head of Consulting HR, overseeing people strategy and operations, from recruiting to alumni management.

Mallika holds a Computer Engineering degree from NTU, an MA in Southeast Asian Studies from NUS and an MBA (with distinction) from INSEAD.
