Maher got his software engineering degree from Alexandria University in Egypt in 2007. He founded two startups in Egypt before moving to the UK in 2018 to join Amazon as a Software Engineer. He was working on the Prime Video app for Living room devices for 3.5 years. After that, he joined Google to work for Google Health where he is building a software for clinicians to help them understand their patients better and faster.
