Magnardo has over 10 years of experience in program and project management and extensive experience in marketing and graphic design. From notable newspapers like AMNY, METRO and Village Voice to digital media based companies like Time Warner, Magnardo has partnered with a number of marketing industries to further the success of the programs he's worked for. Prior to Per Scholas, Magnardo ran the technology department for the Center of Adult Continuing Education at The Borough Of Manhattan Community College.
For almost 4 years, Magnardo served as a Lead Mentor and Academic Advisor for a college readiness program hosted at Bronx community college. He is passionate about breaking the poverty cycle and expanding the opportunities for young adults from his community. He now manages the Software Engineering courses and designs curriculum full time at Per Scholas. When he is not teaching, he is playing Zelda and finding innovative ways to stay up to date with industry standards.
