Maggie Duvall is the Head of Technical Recruiting at Better.com, which is a digital homeownership startup that has 4xed it's employee base in 2020, with goals of making home buying more affordable, understandable and accessible for all. Before joining Better.com in July 2020, she led operations and engineering recruiting at Uber, where she contributed to the company's growth from 4,000-25,000 employees in just five years. She's passionate about advising hiring managers and recruiting teams on how to set up scalable and fair processes to set a foundation for solid company growth.
