Madi Green is a shark scientist and an entrepreneur, as well as a SheStarts alumna. In 2017, Madi co-founded Otlet, a digital platform providing scientists unparalleled access to biological samples for scientific research projects. After years of working in science, Madi was tired of seeing huge numbers of biological samples unnecessarily thrown out. To address this problem, she founded Otlet, which facilitates the sustainable reuse of the 94 million biological samples collected by scientists across the globe annually.
