Maariyah Choudery is a Senior Strategy and Operations Manager at Uber Eats. Prior to Uber, she worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the healthcare coverage group at J.P. Morgan in New York City. Originally from Southern California, Maariyah graduated with top honors from the University of Southern California, where she studied Neuroscience and Business. Maariyah is passionate about women’s empowerment, especially uplifting women of color and helping them navigate the corporate and professional world. She is the Head of Business Development and a founding executive of Muslim Women Professionals, the first professional organization for Muslim women in the U.S. In her free time, Maariyah runs a lifestyle blog (@lifewithmaars) where she gives business tips to working women, shares her love of modest fashion and beauty, and documents her adventures as a foodie in NYC. Fun fact: she speaks Spanish, Urdu, and Arabic.
