I am a curious product designer at heart with an obsessive-like love for user experience and research. With a passion for data-informed simplicity, I'm all about advocating for the user and designing delightful interactions to make the web a better place. I became a UX'er because it is user-centric and the perfect combination of research and creativity, which compliments my background in cognitive psychology and design. I have an immense amount of experience being a "design-team-of-one," consulting with a variety of tech start-ups, both domestic and international, to review their current products or concepts and provide design solutions to meet their individual business goals and user needs. Instituting a design process consisting of research, IA, interaction and visual design, prototyping, usability testing, redlining, and being involved through QA to release, not only do I make their products better, I also leave a research and design process system in place for future iterations and endeavors.
