For so many years, I did not take my career growth matters into my own hands so when I became discontent waiting on permission to be promoted, I decided to do something about my passion for speaking, specifically teaching and sharing knowledge with others.

I am passionate about helping career changers reinvent themselves for the career they are made for by leveraging their expertise, connecting with their personal brand, and owning their brilliance.

I also partner with small to medium business professional development strategy to train and coach their staff to work with meaning and purpose. Services include career development, identifying interpersonal challenges, defining concrete goals to address those challenges, and establishing a co-creative partnership and accountability in guiding the individual from where they are now to where they desire to be.

My super power is helping you activate belief in yourself to own your brilliance so that you can clearly identify and acknowledge your purpose-driven work to create opportunities that aligns with your natural motivation.

I have spent over 15 years in Workforce Development helping people identify career paths, find jobs, prepare for interviews, career advising and much more. I am a teacher at heart inspiring confidence in my clients that they can achieve their deepest desires despite the obstacles and the odds that stand against them.

I have turned my passion to see others step into their called workspace and turn that into purpose. I, now, serve as a Career Coach, Speaker, and Workshop Facilitator whose specialty is navigating the treacherous waters of career transitions and personal branding. I am the turnaround coach of second chance careers.
